BANANA COFFEE BREAD 
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/4 c. flour plain
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream shortening and sugar till fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Stir in bananas, and add dry ingredients to butter and mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
