VEAL SCALLOPINI 
1 lb. veal cubes, diced
2 to 4 bell peppers
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. parsley
Pinch of salt and pepper
1 tsp. oregano
Pinch of ground cloves

Put all ingredients into large pot, except pepper and mushrooms. Cook for 30 minutes. Add peppers and mushrooms and cook an additional 30 minutes.
