FINGER QUICHES 
Using small muffin tins, spray or oil tin, press 1/3 of a butterflake biscuit into each cup. Brown 3/4 pound sausage (hot pork or Italian), drain and spoon small amount into each cup. Mix:

1 c. cottage cheese
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 tbsp. chopped chives
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Pepper to taste

Spoon into each cup over sausage. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
