HAWAIIAN BARBECUE CHICKEN 
6 chicken breast halves, skinned
1/2 c. sherry
1 can crushed pineapple
Sweet and Sour sauce
Dash of ginger

Lay chicken breasts in bottom of casserole dish. Pour sherry and pineapple over chicken. Sprinkle a bit of ginger. Cover with sweet and sour sauce. Cover dish with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with rice.
