VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
3 bags mixed vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 sticks butter
2 med. onions, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. med. or sharp cheese, shredded
Seasoned bread crumbs

Melt butter, add onions and soup. Mix cooked noodles with vegetables and cheese. Pour onion soup mixture over vegetables. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8 to 10.
