RITZY PINEAPPLE 
2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, well drained
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. sharp cheese, shredded
1 stick butter
1 roll Ritz crackers, crumbled

Mix well the pineapple chunks, sugar, flour and cheese. Put in 2-quart baking dish.

Mix butter and Ritz crackers and pour over pineapple mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
