CRAB MUFFINS 
1 lb. lump white crabmeat
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 sticks unsalted butter
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
English muffins
2 jars Kraft Old English cheese
1 tsp. Tony Chachere seasoning
dash of cayenne pepper
2 spring onions, chopped

In a large saut pan, melt butter and add garlic powder, mayonnaise, Old English cheese, Tony Chachere seasoning, cayenne pepper and spring onions. Heat until cheese is melted. Add crabmeat and heat thoroughly. Spread generously on English muffin halves. Place on a cookie sheet and place in freezer until firm. Stir in Ziploc storage bags.

When ready to serve, place on baking sheet and bake at 400°F until heated through and starting to brown, approximately 10 to 12 minutes. Cut each half into quarters and serve.
