WESTERN VEGETABLE COTTAGE CHEESE
DIP
 
1 sm. carrot, pared and sliced
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1/4 green pepper, cut up
1 sm. onion, peeled and halved
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Dash pepper
8 oz. carton cottage cheese

Combine carrot, cucumber, green pepper, onion, soy sauce, pepper in blender. Chop fine. Blend in cottage cheese. Serve with crackers or chips or use to fill celery pieces. Makes 3 cups.
