2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
1 lg. can cream style corn
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 lg. onion, chopped
Grated cheddar cheese
Velveeta cheese

Mix Jiffy corn bread mix according to package directions. Add one large can cream style corn.

Brown hamburger meat and chopped onion. Drain off excess liquid.

Put half of batter in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer the hamburger meat on top of this. Next put 1 layer of grated cheddar cheese on top of the meat mixture. Next put a slice of Velveeta cheese on top of the grated cheese. Make sure that you cover the whole pan with the Velveeta cheese. Pour the rest of the batter on top of the cheese meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let sit for a couple of minutes before slicing as this will allow the cheese time to set.

Yummy with red beans.
