MENFOLKS' CORN BREAD 
2 1/4 c. yellow corn bread mix
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded cheese
1 tsp. dried onions

Combine ingredients, mixing well. Heat a well greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan in 400 degree oven for 3 minutes or until hot. Pour batter into hot pan and bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until corn bread is golden brown. Cut bread into squares to serve. Yield: about 2 dozen squares.
