BUTTER HORN ROLLS 
2 pkgs. yeast
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
6 c. flour
1 c. melted butter

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar, salt and 1 1/2 cups flour, stirring well. Let rise 25 minutes. Add melted butter, eggs and remaining flour. Roll out and cut into small wedge shaped pieces. Roll up wedges by rolling large end first, roll in melted butter, and place in pan with rolled end on underneath side. Let rise again for 30 minutes. Bake in 450 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Will make about 48 medium sized rolls. There is nothing better.
