FARMER CUPCAKES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temp.
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar

In small bowl, mix cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and chocolate chips. In large bowl mix flour, 1 cup sugar, cocoa, baking soda, water, oil, vanilla and vinegar. Pour mix from large bowl into paper lined cupcake pans. Then pour some of the cream cheese mixture on top of each cup of batter. Bake at 350°F for 18 to 20 minutes.

Makes 12 to 16 cupcakes.
