TOMATO AND DILL TUNA LOAF 
2 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) cans chunk light tuna in water, drained and flaked
1 c. Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned), uncooked
3/4 c. seeded, chopped tomato
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. snipped fresh parsley or 1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Combine all ingredients, except cheese; mix well. Pat into prepared pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Top with cheese. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or cold with lemon wedges, if desired. 6 servings.
