1 cucumber, peeled & sliced thin
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. dill relish
1/8 tsp. sugar
Dash of pepper

Toss cucumber in salt and refrigerate until well chilled. Combine rest of ingredients and toss with cucumbers. Let set in refrigerator until ready to serve.
