HAM LOAF 
2/3 lb. ground cured ham
1 1/3 lb. ground pork
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk

TOPPING:

1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. vinegar

Mix first 6 ingredients. Form into loaf in loaf pan. Mix topping ingredients. Pour over loaf. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Length of baking depends on oven may take 2 hours.
