2 c. Jiffy mix
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp. shortening
3/4 c. milk

Topping:

1 can fruit filling

In bowl, add Jiffy mix, sugar, egg, shortening and milk; mix well. Pour into an oil sprayed cookie sheet. Top with 1 can of fruit filling.

Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
