PUMPKIN RAISIN MUFFINS | |
1 c. flour 1 1/3 c. non-fat dry milk powder Artificial sweetener to equal 7 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. reduce calorie butter 4 eggs, beaten 1 1/3 c. canned pumpkin 1/2 c. raisins Mix dry ingredients together. Mix liquid ingredients together in a separate bowl. Combine until just moist. Pour into 12 muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
