FOOTBALL STEW 
2 lbs. stew meat
1 onion, sliced diagonally
2 stalks celery, sliced
6 carrots, sliced
3 potatoes, chunked
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. tomato juice

In 13"x9" pan, add meat and vegetables. Blend salt, sugar and cornstarch. Sprinkle over meat and vegetables. Add tomato juice. Cover with foil. Bake at 250 degrees for 4 hours.
