COCONUT SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
1 can coco lopex cream of coconut (8 1/2 oz.)

Mix all ingredients in large bowl with electric mixer. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cover with the following frosting. 1 box powdered sugar (3 1/2 c.) 2 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 can angel flake coconut

Blend sugar into softened cheese and then add milk and vanilla. Sprinkle coconut over the iced cake.
