POUND CAKE 
1 c. cholesterol free butter
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1 egg, beaten and 1 carton (4 egg equivalent) egg substitute
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk (can use 1%)
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. lemon flavoring

Cream butter, sugar and Crisco until sugar dissolves. Add beaten egg and egg substitute. Sift together flour and baking powder. Add flour and milk alternately to sugar mixture. Add flavoring. Place in cold oven. Turn oven to 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Yield: 15-18 servings.
