CITY CHICKEN 
Pork and veal cubes

Sprinkle cubes with garlic salt. Dip in seasoned bread crumbs then eggs. Alternate cubes on skewer. Brown in oil turning until they are browned. Can dissolve a couple of bouillon cubes and pour over chicken before baking if desired. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour covered tightly with foil.
