Pork and veal cubes Sprinkle cubes with garlic salt. Dip in seasoned bread crumbs then eggs. Alternate cubes on skewer. Brown in oil turning until they are browned. Can dissolve a couple of bouillon cubes and pour over chicken before baking if desired. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour covered tightly with foil. |
