CRABMEAT HORS D'OEUVRE 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 (6 1/2 oz.) frozen or canned crab (substitute imitation crab - good)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. fresh mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sherry or more - use combination of dry and cream
2 tbsp. chopped scallions
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Add generous handful bay shrimp, optional

Mix ingredients in saucepan; cook slowly and stir constantly. Can serve hot or cold. Better if fixed 1 day ahead.
