STRAWBERRY LAYER CAKE 
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. rum
1 (9 inch) white cake layer
2 c. strawberry halves

Whip cream until stiff. Fold in sugar and rum. Spread generously over top and sides of cake layer; refrigerate. Just prior to serving, arrange strawberries in circles over top of cake. Yield: 8 servings.
