MAYONNAISE MUFFINS | |
1 c. self-rising flour 1/2 c. milk 2 tbsp. mayonnaise Combine ingredients. Stir until smooth. Fill greased 6-cup muffin tin 2/3 full. Bake at 425°F for 10-12 minutes, or until brown. For Biscuits: Stir until smooth. Turn out mixture on floured wax paper. Knead several times. Flatten to 1/2 inch. Cut with biscuit cutter or glass dipped in flour. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 12 - 14 minutes. |
