ECLAIR RING 
RING:

1 c. water
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs

Bring butter and water to a rolling boil. Stir in flour over low heat until it forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs, one at a time, with electric mixer. Spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet to make an oval. Bake at 375 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cool away from drafts.

FILLING:

2 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 of 9 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix pudding and milk. Fold in Cool Whip and vanilla. Slice ring through middle. Fill bottom of ring with pudding mixture and replace top ring.

TOPPING:

Heat and mix 2 packages unsweetened melted chocolate with 2 tablespoons milk. Add 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla (more milk to thin). Drizzle over top.
