REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) bag or can sauerkraut
1/3 c. Thousand Island Dressing
1 (12 oz.) can luncheon meat, thinly sliced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese slices
Rye Bread
butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In 13 x 9 inch baking dish with fork, stir sauerkraut with its liquid and Thousand Island dressing; top with luncheon meat slices. Bake 15 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Remove baking dish from oven. Place cheese slices in one layer on top of meat; top with bread slices. Lightly brush bread with butter. Bake uncovered 10 minutes or until bread is lightly browned and crisp. 8 servings.
