ZITI BAKE 
16 oz. pkg. ziti
1 lb. ground beef
15 oz. container Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. parsley
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (15 oz.) or 1 (29 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded

An hour before serving, in 8-quart Dutch oven, prepare ziti as directed; drain and set aside. In same Dutch oven over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until well browned, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in Ricotta, next 5 ingredients and half of spaghetti sauce until well mixed. Add ziti; toss gently to coat well. Spoon mixture into 13 x 9-inch baking pan; pour remaining spaghetti sauce evenly over ziti mixture. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Makes 8 servings.
