RHUBARB SURPRISE PIE 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
3 c. diced rhubarb
1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. melted butter

Sift together 1 cup flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter. Add egg and milk. Mix. Press into a 9 inch pie plate. Arrange rhubarb in pie shell. Sprinkle with dry gelatin. Combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle on top of pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serves 6.
