FLORENTINE LASAGNA 
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, unfrozen & drained
2 eggs
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Salt & pepper
1 lb. ricotta cheese
Lasagna noodles, cooked

SAUCE RECIPE:

9 oz. bay shrimp, peeled & cooked
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 c. half & half
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sherry

Mix 1st set of ingredients. Mix sauce ingredients and heat through. Layer sauce, noodles, cheese and spinach mixture alternately. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
