EGG BAKE 
1 lb. sausage
Frozen hash brown squares
1 c. Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
6 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook sausage until brown, drain, crumble and put in 2 quart baking dish. Fry hash brown squares until brown, lay on top of sausage. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes. Beat eggs, milk and salt. Pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
