3 c. non-fat dry milk powder
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa powder
Dash of salt
Boiling water

Sift together dry ingredients and store in covered container. For each serving, mix 1 cup boiling water with 4 heaping tablespoons of the dry mixture. Top with whipped cream or marshmallows.
