RUSKIN SALAD 
3/4 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
16 lg. marshmallows
1 pkg. strawberry or cherry Jello
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. evaporated milk (5 oz. size)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. lemon juice

Melt cream cheese, marshmallows, and Jello in boiling water on top of stove. Remove from heat, and add pineapple, milk, mayonnaise, nuts, and lemon juice.
