CANNED PIE APPLES 
8 c. sliced apples, peeled & cored
1 c. white sugar

Put apples and sugar in crock. Let rest overnight. Place a plate atop the apples. In the morning pack in sterilized jars and seal. Place jars in pressure cooker with water. Cook 10 minutes under 5 pounds pressure. When ready for pie add more sugar (to taste). 1 1/2 tbsp. flour

Sprinkle with cinnamon. Put in double pie crust and bake at 350 degrees until crust is golden brown.
