EASY PUMPKIN PIE 
1 pie crust
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (30 oz.) can pumpkin pie mix
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons dark rum
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Place pastry for 9-inch one-crust pie in pie tin as directed on package. Blend in eggs, pumpkin pie mix, melted butter, rum and vanilla. Pour mixture into pastry-lined pie pan. Cover edge with 2-inch strip of aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning; remove foil during last 10 minutes of baking.

Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes and at 350°F for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
