FRUIT SHERBET 
1 c. orange juice
6 tbsp. lemon juice
3 bananas, mashed
1 lg. can apricots, drained and mashed
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
3 c. sugar
1 pt. Half and Half
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Mix all ingredients together and pour into freezer can. Finish filling to line with homogenized milk. Freeze according to freezer directions. A blender may be used to mash fruit. Ice cream will be creamier if mixed ahead and chilled before freezing.
