CAKE:

1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder

TOPPING:

2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. white sugar
3/4 c. chopped nuts or fruits, optional

Mix ingredients for cake together. Mix topping separately. Grease a tube pan and dust with flour. Place half of batter in pan. Sprinkle with half of topping. Layer remaining batter on top followed by remaining topping. Do Not preheat oven. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. It can be served hot or cold or can be frozen for later.
