POT ROAST IN BEER 
4 lb. round bone pot roast
1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
1 (12 oz.) can beer
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. onion salt

Place meat in Dutch oven. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over roast. Cover tightly and bake at 325 degrees for about 3 hours until tender.
