IOWA HAM BALLS 
2 lb. ground ham
2 lb. ground beef
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
onion (if desired)

Sauce:

2 cans tomato soup (undiluted)
3/4 c. white vinegar
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Combine the meats, crumbs, egg and milk. Shape into balls. Place balls in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Combine sauce and pour over the balls and bake, uncovered, in a 350°F oven for one hour.
