UNCOOKED TOMATO RELISH 
25 ripe tomatoes
4 green bell peppers
4 onions
3 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. celery seed
2 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. white sugar

Chop tomatoes and let drain until free from juice; chop onions and pepper finely. Mix all ingredients and pour into clean sterilized jars; seal with out heating. Hot pepper may be added to taste.
