SPICY KRAUTHEAD WITH WALNUTS 
8 c. finely shredded cabbage
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. minced scallions
3/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. celery seed
Salt & freshly ground Gourmet Pepperblend

Place cabbage in a large mixing bowl. Mix all of the other ingredients in another bowl, then toss with cabbage. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
