2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together, pour on cookie sheet that has been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting below.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Beat with mixer until smooth.
