STAMPEDE BROWNIES 
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 cube butter
1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips

Melt together caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Mix together with pastry blender the cake mix, butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Will be thick and hard to mix. Finish mixing with a spoon.

Pat half of this mixture into a lightly greased and floured (bottom only) 9"x13" pan. Bake 6 minutes at 350 degrees.

Remove from oven, drop chocolate chips on top of mixture to evenly cover. Pour caramel mixture over to cover. Drop the remaining cake mix on top of caramel layer in small pieces to evenly cover. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
