MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. cauliflower flowerets
1 (#2) can cut green beans
1 (#2) can sm. english peas
1 (#2) can sm. white corn
1 sm. jar pimentos, chopped
8 green onions, tops & all - chopped

MARINADE:

3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Combine marinade ingredients and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool. Chop fresh vegetables, drain canned vegetable. Mix all vegetables together. Pour cooled marinade over vegetables and let set in refrigerator overnight. Drain before serving, reserving marinade to return to any leftover salad.
