1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. club soda

Combine sour cream and club soda until smooth. Add Bisquick and mix. Knead 12 times in bowl. Divide dough in 6 parts and shape into patties 1 inch thick. Arrange in greased cake pan. Top each with butter. Bake at 450 degrees for 16-18 minutes or until golden brown.
