3 c. self-rising flour
1 c. Lite sour cream
1 c. club soda
1 pkg. Butter Buds

Mix all ingredients, place on floured board and knead. Pinch or cut biscuits out and place on cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Baste biscuits with liquid Butter Buds and bake at 400 degrees.
