CLARA'S BISCUITS 
2 pkgs. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. shortening, melted
6 c. flour, more or less to make easy to handle

Dissolve yeast in water. Add salt, sugar eggs and butter. Beat well. Add flour, 1 cup at a time, mixing well. Place in bowl, cover and store in refrigerator or let rise. Prepare rolls in pans. Let rise again. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
