Fresh spinach
Sliced purple onion
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
Croutons
Crisply cooked bacon
Hard boiled eggs

SALAD DRESSING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. white vinegar
1 c. vegetable oil
Salt to taste
1 1/2 c. lg. curd cottage cheese

Prepare salad. Combine dressing ingredients in a large jar (1 quart size). Shake well.
