SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
3 c. wide egg noodles, after boil (about 1/2 pkg.)
1 can cream of shrimp soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. diced celery
1 tbsp. chopped green onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheese
1 pkg. cooked shrimp (1 c.)
1/4 c. chow mein noodles

Cook noodles and cool. Put soup, milk, mayonnaise, celery, onion, and salt together; blend. Mix with noodles. Stir in cheese and shrimp. Put in large casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Then add chow mein noodles and cook 5 minutes. Serves 6-8.
