HAYSTACKS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. milk
4 c. confectioners' sugar
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Dash of salt
6 c. mini marshmallows
7 oz. flaked coconut

Blend cream cheese and milk in bowl. Mix in confectioners' sugar gradually. Stir in chocolate, vanilla and salt. Fold in marshmallows. Drop by heaping spoonfuls into coconut, toss to coat. Place on waxed paper lined tray. Chill 1 hour or until firm.
