HAYSTACKS 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
2 tsp. salad oil
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
2 c. mini marshmallows

Melt butterscotch morsels in top of double boiler over hot water; stir in oil. Mix noodles and marshmallows in large bowl. Pour in butterscotch; mix well with fork. Drop mixture by rounded teaspoons onto waxed paper. Chill until set. Replace over hot water if mixture becomes too stiff to handle. Yield: 30 cookies.
